Grid Networks Design Process
Needs Assessment
We can’t get started until we understand your organization’s needs, and goals first. We ask you questions, look at what you have today and help you determine what you need.You may have a tight budget that you need to maximize creatively or you may want to invest in a complete overhaul that will serve you for many years. The Needs Assessment process can take as little as a few hours or as long as a few days.
Network and system design
We go back to the drawing board to match specific equipment and design to your specific goals and needs to architect a Wi-Fi network solution. We present a recommended Wi-Fi network design to you and your team, work together to refine it, and then put the plan into action in the next phase.
Implementation
The GRID Networks team installs the physical equipment and integrates it with your existing systems and management. Alternately, we provide a design and help manage an installation team that you provide. We are there to solve unforseen problems that come up. Once it’s installed, we measure, test and adjust until everything is working optimally.
Support & Troubleshooting
We don’t just set up your Wi-Fi network and leave; we’re in it for the long haul. If something is wrong, we are there to help. If your staff changes, we know your network and can get your new people up to speed. We keep detailed notes and documentation so we are ready for your call, even ten years from now.
