Founder and Lead Network Architect Tobias Vlasblom has an engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and has been focused on Wi-Fi since it became mainstream in 2002, and wired IT networks since 1997. Tobias’ combination of structural engineering and decades of IT Network experience is ideal for designing Wi-Fi in challenging environments. In his off time, Tobias loves being outside, hiking, biking, skiing and running with his wife and their dog Breeze.

Network Architect & Project Manager Tiago Souza came to Canada from Brazil in 2017 with his family to pursue a career in IT. Tiago has a degree in Computer Network Technology and has strong organizational and logistics skills that are invaluable in large projects. Tiago has worked in IT since 2007 and has broad experience to draw on. In his off time, Tiago loves to spend time with his wife, two children, party with friends and walk their dog Cookie.

Accounting and Administration Felicity Webb, CPA, CGA is a chartered professional accountant who handles all of Grid Networks’ accounting and administration. Originally from South Africa, Felicity is a multi-talented individual whose abilities are essential, especially for a company that operates in multiple Canadian provinces and US States. Felicity loves spending time visiting with friends and walking with her dog Coco Chanel.

Dave Roussy has worked in the Telecommunications industry for nearly 40 years. He has had positions in product development and product management, sales engineering, business development, and sales. Dave has worked with both service providers and enterprise customers throughout North America and internationally to deliver a wide variety of solutions including: voice networks, data and optical networks, as well as Fixed Wireless and Wi-Fi solutions.

Wireless Network Designer Aidan La Roche-Nesplak brings over a decade of hands-on experience in enterprise wireless design, deployment, and infrastructure engineering. Holding both CWNA and CWDP certifications, Aidan has designed and validated Wi-Fi networks across more than 25 million square feet of healthcare, industrial, corporate, and event environments — supporting millions of users annually. His project work spans iconic venues like the Calgary Stampede and critical facilities including CHUM and major BC hospitals, working with platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Juniper, and Ruckus. In his off time, Aidan enjoys music of all kinds and building a life with his Fiance.
